“This year’s e-discovery conference will be very engaging with an emphasis on legal analytics, as well as the thorny issues of eDiscovery,” said Michael Arkfeld, Founding Director of the ASU-Arkfeld e-Discovery and Digital Evidence Program. “The list of top jurists, speakers and influencers will make this unique law school event one to remember.”
This year’s featured speakers include the Honorable Shira Scheindlin, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; the Honorable John Facciola, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia; and Tony Salvador of the Intel Corporation. There will also be representatives from Banner Health, DISH Network, Law Technology News, Lockheed Martin and Zapproved.
“Know the Law, Know the Technology,” is the theme of this year’s conference. The conference speakers will address data analytics, the evolution and future of e-discovery technologies, the “Internet of Things,” the attorney’s role in protecting client data, criminal and international perspectives, and more.
