Woods is also an initial member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) which developed the FRCP eDiscovery rules in 2006. He subsiquently served as a faculty member for The Sedona Institute’s CLE hosted programs. He is a frequent speaker at MCLE seminars and conferences on various eDiscovery topics and their impact on corporate America.
