Kelly Lack, Litigation counsel and leads the discovery program at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E)

Kelly Lack is litigation counsel and leads the discovery program at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) in San Francisco. She is responsible for all discovery processes, from preservation through production, and the selection and management of discovery technology and service providers. Ms. Lack works with in-house and outside counsel to develop discovery strategies in litigation and regulatory matters, and advises clients regarding information governance. Prior to joining PG&E, Ms. Lack was a litigator at Sedgwick LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
