New Zapproved Outlook 2007 Add-in
We are pleased to announce the version 1.0 of our Microsoft Outlook 2007 Add-in!
Now you can create proposals right in Outlook, the most popular email client for
businesses.
We've heard from our users that they frequently start to write an email and then
realize that they really mean to ask for an approval. Now they can simply choose the
Zapproved Send button in the "ribbon" to send their message as an approval through
Zapproved.
How Does It Work?
Instead of using the "Send" button in Outlook click on the Zapproved logo in the Zapproved ribbon group.
Also available in the ribbon group is the option to set a Due Date and Project Title for your proposal. Zapproved
will transfer the information from the email and create a proposal by matching the following fields:

Outlook 2007 Add-in. The installation process is easy, and you'll be up and using Zapproved through Outlook 2007 in no time.
The Zapproved Outlook 2007 Add-in currently only supports Microsoft Outlook 2007 (we are planning a release for Outlook 2003
users as well). If you don't already have the latest .NET Framework installed on your computer, this installation may take several minutes.
