Zapproved, Inc. is a fast-growing SaaS startup company headquartered in Portland,
OR. Our flagship product, Legal Hold Pro, has rapidly gained acceptance in the market
and we are looking for the right people to add to our sales team. We work in a fast-paced

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the company’s
aggressive growth objectives by meeting or exceeding her/his assigned sales quota.
The primary responsibility of this position is to find and close new business.
You will be empowered to get the job done, and you will be accountable for results.

opportunities for advancement as the company grows. This position is located in
Portland, OR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota for new Monthly Recurring Revenue
- Create passionate and referenceable fans for our products
- Proactively prospect for new business in assigned segment(s)
- Usher prospects through the sales process and aggressively drive them to closure
· Perform compelling demonstrations of the product over the web
- Develop and execute business plan for assignment
- Accurately forecast sales on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Keep all account, contact, and opportunity records up to date in Salesforce at all
times
- Communicate timely information about the market to the executive team and contribute
to fine-tuning the sales process and supporting collateral
- Share best practices and learning with colleagues
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B inside sales, verifiable record of consistent
over-quota performance
- Experience managing and closing complex sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Consultative selling styls
- Driven and results oriented personality
- High attention to detail
- Able to succeed with minimum direction
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in the electronic discovery or corporate compliance market is a big plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desired
- Displays uncompromising integrity

Zapproved is actively seeking to expand our Software-as-a-Service team. These are
opportunities to work on newly launched products for managing accountable communications
for our business and individual customers. We have multiple roles available in development
and engineering for inspired technical talents.
Our architecture stands on Microsoft's .Net platform and is built using Visual
Studio in an quick-turn development process. Our implementation includes
Javascript UI, MVC in Asp.NET, JSON Services, and SQL Server for
storage. We are cloud hosted and scale wide. Experience
with these technologies and understanding of their underpinnings (HTML, CSS and
HTTP) is required, as is self-starting and a high level of motivation.
Our development philosophy is to build people-oriented, task-oriented software implementing
accountable communication in selected markets using LE/SS
principals. Our products are web-centric, reliable, easy to use, easy to scale, easy to repurpose
and extend, spike-tolerant – and exactly as complicated as necessary.
We continually improve our software with incremental changes guided
by customer behavior. To keep things lightweight, we use externally-hosted,
multi-tenant solutions and incorporate them into our product and internal processes.
To succeed here you must be capable of working hard within a small team to achieve
great results. Activities will span the full software lifecycle: vision and usage
analysis, architecture definition, project planning, design and development, testing,
implementation, performance profiling, support and bug fixing. High attention to
detail, strong communications skills, and the ability to plan, commit and deliver
is critical. Basically, we're looking for people that love to create software
and do so purposefully.
In general, you should probably have this level of experience:
- Four or more years experience developing commercial web applications, with
- Two or more years experience in JavaScript UI, and
- Demonstratable expertise in debugging and performance profiling the full application
stack.
- Three or more years experience developing SQL Server applications - schema design, stored procedures.
In addition to expertise, we're also looking for proven team collaboration in the
design, development and deployment of mission critical software projects, including
planning and executing through the development cycle to deliver a quality product
on time.
